– A woman is naturally created and equipped to give, give and give. She gives everything until she eventually gives herself! Nevertheless, wisdom demands she finds ways to refresh, renew, revamp and restore herself mentally, psychologically, emotionally, physically and spiritually. If this isn’t done periodically, what you have is emptiness, bitterness, loneliness and all round dryness/exhaustion!
– Exhale woman is here to guide women of all ages how not to forget herself, in her priority list of people to love and care for.
-From the first assembly and periodically, we hope to have “family meetings” and “Exhale chat rooms” where discussions on: Mental health; Physical wellbeing; Divorce; Sex; Relationship; Marriage; Parenting; Domestic Violence; Personal Hygiene; Vacation; Fashion ; Makeup; Cookery; Self Love; Ministry and Career; Dealing with hurt; Handling teenage pregnancy; Single parenting; Focusing on your dream especially in male dominated spheres; Poise; Entrepreneurship; etc
– Exhale woman hopes to empower women, encouraging them to prioritize their mental, spiritual and physical wholesomeness, exuding great confidence in herself on her journey to all round excellence
Exhale Woman first assembly comes up on Thursday, the 20th of July 2017, time, 10am to 4pm,
Venue: Excellence hotel, Aguda bus stop, Ogba, Lagos.
