Growing up under an atmosphere of constant power display between the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of light, I have been convinced early that God holds the ultimate power. But at the place of encounter in 2020, the revelation hit me harder that God really reigns above all situation and because He reigns, I too reign over my circumstances since I’m a carrier of God (Col 1:27) and sit with Christ in the heavenly realms (Eph. 2:6). This revelation did not only birth this song, it also helped me gain mastery over my challenges and to continually reign over them.
Aside myself, everyone else who has listened to the song attest to the deep revelation it brings.
