“Shutting Down Churches Would Be Like Shutting Down Hospitals” – Bishop Oyedepo



Living Faith Church Worldwide also known as Winners Chapel with its headquarters located in Ota, Ogun state held their Sunday service today and didn’t go without addressing the current issue facing the Christendom presently.

Founder of the evangelical charismatic Christian denomination, Bishop David Oyedepo said in the service today that “ shutting down church is like shutting down hospitals” claiming that there are many places that don’t have medical solutions but in church adding that the church would use whatsoever they have to render help such that no one is left to die.

The minister of God also emphasized that believers have a covenant responsibility to be in fellowship and they should jealously guide it.

Whist explaining, he made clear that the attendance quantity doesn’t make a fellowship but the gathering of the brethren because it’s their Zion, their city of refuge.

His statement were his reaction following the government ban on over 50 gatherings and a call to churches and mosques to also take note…
