This song is an inspiration gotten while I was studying the Word of God, the Bible one particular day. The verse of the Scripture that struck me hard that day was Psalm 138:2 where the Bible says that the LORD has magnified His Word above all His Name!
The song has two languages combined together – English and Igbo. The Igbo lyrics, just as the lyrics written in English are all inspirations from the Bible. None is mine.
In conclusion, YOUR WORD is a song written to eulogize the Name of the Almighty God, to honor His Name, and above all to show the supremacy of the Word of God, and therefore encourage /urge God’s children to study His Word always because the Word of God is God Himself speaking to us and living with us – John 1:1&14.
