Pastor Chingtok Ibrahim has urged Christians not to limit God’s relevance to prayer meetings, church services or explicitly spiritual activities.
“There’s no job you can do today that was not captured in the wisdom of God,” he said.
According to Ibrahim, believers sometimes unconsciously divide their lives into spiritual and non-spiritual areas, seeking God in prayer while handling work, business and professional decisions as though His wisdom has no place there.
“That’s why people enter their office and they are not asking the Holy Ghost,” he said.
He argued that God’s wisdom should influence how Christians approach their careers, businesses, relationships and everyday decisions.
Ibrahim also challenged the common expression, “keep God aside” or “keep church aside on this matter.”
“When you hear anybody say that, what they are saying is that the wisdom of God should not creep into this space,” he said.
His central message was simple: Christian faith should not be confined to church. Believers should seek God’s wisdom in every area of life, including their work and professional decisions.
