President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Founder and Presiding Bishop of Living Faith Church Worldwide, Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, as he marks his 72nd birthday on September 27, 2026.
In a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President joined the Oyedepo family, members of Living Faith Church Worldwide, the Christian community and the Bishop’s admirers in celebrating what he described as a life devoted to faith, service, leadership and human development.
Tinubu praised Bishop Oyedepo’s emphasis on integrity, discipline, diligence, responsibility and excellence, while also highlighting his contributions to education through institutions such as Covenant University and Landmark University.
The President also acknowledged social-development initiatives associated with Oyedepo’s ministry, including schools, healthcare facilities and humanitarian interventions, as well as the work of the David Oyedepo Foundation.
Tinubu prayed for continued wisdom, strength, good health and renewed grace for the Bishop, while wishing him many more years of fulfilment and service to God and humanity.
