Pastor Nelson Iheagwam has challenged Christians to ensure that their lifestyle reflects the faith they publicly profess.
In his message, he questioned what he sees as a contradiction between participating in prayers and living in situations that do not align with Christian convictions.
“You claim to be worshipping God, but you don’t want to look like Him,” he said.
Using a direct example, Iheagwam questioned the consistency of someone staying in the home of a romantic partner they are not married to while still participating in morning or evening prayers.
His message focused on integrity in the Christian walk, stressing that faith should not only be expressed through prayer or religious activities, but should also be visible in everyday choices.
“If God be God, serve Him and look like Him,” he concluded.
