Olympic gold medalist Hunter Armstrong has made it clear that even the biggest achievements in swimming do not come before his relationship with God.
After helping Team USA win gold at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Armstrong spoke openly about the priority faith holds in his life.
“I keep God as a priority,” he told Baptist Press.
“I can’t really live without Him. I can live without swimming or being an Olympian or any of that stuff.”
Armstrong’s Instagram bio has also carried the words “GOD FIRST!”, something he said reflects what he wants people to know about him before anything else.
