Donnie Wahlberg is expressing gratitude after a private plane carrying him, friends and team members skidded off the runway at Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas on October 18.
The aircraft never became airborne and struck a perimeter fence after the takeoff was aborted. Eight people were aboard, and no injuries were reported.
Afterward, the actor and New Kids on the Block singer thanked the pilots for keeping everyone safe and recognized the emergency crews who responded. His message also gave glory to God: “By His grace, we are all ok.”
For Christians, moments like this offer a reminder to treasure life, thank those who help us, and bring both our fears and our gratitude to God. Tomorrow is never something we can take for granted.
Keep everyone involved in your prayers as they recover from the frightening experience.
