Pastor E. A. Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), has offered a prayer of blessings and divine provision over believers.
In a statement attributed to the Nigerian clergyman, he declared:
“For someone this very day, rain will continue to fall for you, and your ground shall be wet in Jesus’ name!”
The prayer uses the imagery of rainfall and fertile ground to express hope for continuous blessings, fruitfulness and God’s provision.
In the Bible, rain is sometimes associated with divine provision, renewal and fruitfulness.
The declaration serves as a message of encouragement to Christians trusting God for progress, restoration and positive changes in their lives.
