Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker has spoken about the importance of allowing faith in God to influence everyday actions, encouraging people to approach their responsibilities with dedication and love.
The Brazilian international, who has openly expressed his christian beliefs throughout his football career, shared this perspective during an earlier interview with his former club, AS Roma.
When asked what advice he would give aspiring goalkeepers, Alisson emphasised the importance of hard work, commitment and faith.
According to the footballer, believing in God should encourage individuals to give their best in their professions while showing love in everything they do.
Alisson has also demonstrated his christian faith publicly, including during Liverpool’s 2019 UEFA Champions League victory, when he celebrated wearing a shirt featuring a cross and heart symbol.
His remarks reflect his personal conviction that faith should not be limited to religious gatherings but should influence how people work, pursue their goals and treat others.
For many Christians, his message serves as a reminder that their beliefs can be expressed through love, humility and dedication in everyday life.
