Two new Christian hip-hop LP’s appeared in
the top 10 of iTunes’ top-selling hip-hop/
rap albums chart today.
Da’ T.R.U.T.H. released his eighth studio
album It’s Complicated, and BrvndonP
(formerly known as Black Knight) dropped
his first project under his new stage name.
As of 12 p.m. ET on Friday, It’s Complicated
sat as high as No. 7 and BrvndonP as high
as No. 10 on the chart.
BrvndonP actually features Da’ T.R.U.T.H., as
well as Lecrae, E-40, Swoope, Christon Gray,
John Givez, Beleaf and more. It’s Complicated doesn’t have as many features,
but they’re still impressive in Christon Gray,
KB, Natalie Sims and Dr. Ravi Zacharias, a
famed Christian apologist whose interview
with Da’ T.R.U.T.H. is sampled throughout
the album.
