Gospel minister Nathaniel Bassey has shared a hopeful declaration concerning Nigeria’s future.
“A time will come when Nigeria will no longer be known for corruption, terrorism and poverty, but for righteousness, prosperity and peace. In Jesus’ name,” he wrote.
His words express a prayer for a different national story, one marked by peace, integrity and prosperity rather than insecurity and corruption.
Bassey has previously prayed publicly for peace in Nigeria, declaring that the nation would prosper and fulfil what he described as its prophetic destiny.
For believers, hope for Nigeria should not end with declarations alone. It should also inspire prayer, integrity, responsible citizenship and a commitment to building the kind of nation we continually pray to see.
May nigeria become known for righteousness, peace and progress.
