Popular American streamer IShowSpeed experienced an unexpected moment of evangelism when a Christian football fan approached him during the 2026 FIFA World Cup to share the message of Jesus Christ.
The encounter took place on June 26, 2026, outside Gillette Stadium in Massachusetts, United States, following France’s 4-1 victory over Norway.
A Norwegian supporter identified as Perry approached the streamer and delivered a heartfelt message about faith.
“Jesus loves you. God is not a religion, but a relationship. you can have everything in the world, but God is all you really need,” he told IShowSpeed.
Despite the busy surroundings, the streamer listened and responded politely, saying, “thank you, bro.”
The moment was captured on video and subsequently circulated online, drawing attention among Christians who appreciated the fan’s willingness to share his faith with one of the world’s most recognised internet personalities.
The encounter reflects the Christian belief that the gospel can be shared anywhere, including sporting events and public gatherings.
