The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Mega Music Festival 2.0 held on June 12, 2026, at Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos, and many attendees are describing it as a life-changing worship experience.
Held under the theme “A New Season,” the festival brought together thousands of worshippers from across Nigeria for a night of praise, prayer, worship, and prophetic declarations. The event was organized by RCCG Youth and Young Adults Affairs (YAYA) as a national gathering to seek God’s intervention and blessings over Nigeria.
The historic venue was deliberately chosen because of its significance in Nigeria’s history, symbolizing a new chapter for the nation as worshippers gathered on Democracy Day to declare a new season over the country.
The festival featured powerful ministrations from some of Nigeria’s most beloved gospel ministers, including Nathaniel Bassey, Dunsin Oyekan, Adeyinka Alaseyori, and Bidemi Olaoba, among others.
According to RCCG Youth Affairs leader Pastor Sola Olukoya, the gathering was more than a music festival.
He said it was “a divine appointment” designed to bring believers together in intense worship, thanksgiving, and prayer for Nigeria’s future.
From the atmosphere of worship to the heartfelt prayers and powerful ministrations, Mega Music Festival 2.0 became a memorable night for many who attended, leaving worshippers with renewed faith, hope, and expectation for a new season.
