Pastor Dolapo Lawal has shared a personal experience from his marriage, recalling a period when he was without work for nine months and his wife stood by him throughout the difficult season.
According to Lawal, his wife catered for him during that period and continued to support him, demonstrating what he believes marriage should look like when couples face challenging seasons together.
He explained that marriage is not simply about enjoying good moments together but about becoming one and standing with each other through both difficult and favourable seasons.
“I was without work for nine months. My wife catered for me and stood by me. Marriage is two people becoming one,” Lawal said.
