The stories around this song originates from two continents, one planet. It was written at different times; while in Nigeria Pastoring and after moving to the UK, away from active pastoral service.
It’s interesting during this period of transition, despite being away from my local Church where I was Lead Pastor to a new Church where I had to undergo all protocols/trainings as a newcomer, my zeal for ministry didn’t die off. It was astonishing to see myself glow regularly with the anointing of God.
No doubt this song is best called ‘Heart on Fire’ because God has kept my heart burning with his love all these while. And now, one things keeps burning in my heart; to see this gospel spread in the United Kingdom like a wildfire!
Through this song many will get immersed in the fire of God’s love and will move on to fulfill their divine purpose.
