        2. when a sinner shows intrest in coming close to God it is important you show them love, if a well known sinner comes to church wouldnt you welcome the person happily, am tell her more about salvation. I have no comments toward tasha cobbs, this may be her step to getting Nicki born again. when the people brought the adultress to jesus to be stoned, jesus showed her love and told her to sin no more.

This might be her changing process. God knows what he’s doing and he’s the only one that can judge us so sing the song with your heart regardless of the people who made it as long us it’s to your father in heaven who knows what’s really in your heart I don’t see anything wrong here.

      “I’ve seen the Nicki that is off the stage and that Nicki has a great relationship with God. My assignment with this song was for a particular audience,” Leonard said to Essence . “Some [of the listeners] have never experienced God ever and she exposed that audience in her way, to the God that she loves.”

      Leonard added that this partnership also served as a healing process for those she’s come into contact with. “The testimonies that have come because of this – I would absolutely do it again. I’ve had thousands of people say to me, ‘This is the first time I’ve ever bought a gospel album. This is the first time I’ve ever felt God. I didn’t believe in God until I heard this song.’”

  3. it’s good though that Kingdomboiz upload such a song, even though they support it. it reveals to us the secret of all this so called Gospel artist who are fox in sheep clothing. that is how lecrae too went to to sing with one worldly artist. we are not condemning anybody, but we have to be careful since everybody give only what they have – whoever dose not have the spirit of God can’t minister Him to us, they can only minister contrary spirit. We are not after excellent words, but the Spirit behind it. See Act 16:16-24

Criticism must arise to this song and yes it must and I’m expecting more, I can perceive the reader fuming at this write-up with anger within. It’s not up to that.

  13. The song reminds me of when the disciples came and told of people casting out demons in the name of Christ.. They felt since those people weren’t seen with Christ, they weren’t of him..

    It’s so sad seeing people judge Nicki. Aren’t Christianity all about winning souls for Christ? And most souls we win are sinners, just like we once were. I have seen a lot of reactions to this song on different platforms, and most of the sentiments are criticism and judgemental. But who are we to judge? And some perceived believers are busy venting unnecessary anger at Tasha, most of this people might even be worst than Nicki in their secret life.

    I wish this hypocritical anger is directed to more important issues in Christianity. Our anger should spur more radical evangelism to the unreached and not condemn our own.

    Christ is for everyone and accepts anyone who receives Him. Your opinions don’t matter, don’t condemn any body, if you can’t die for a sinner, don’t allow a feature on a song be offensive to your religious minds.

    In the song, Tasha said “God is doing a new thing” Indeed, I believe God’s doing a new thing, which religious minds can’t understand. So you just sit back and criticize, your righteousness will surely take you where you deserve.

    Y’all should get ready to see something you’ve never seen before, there’s an army rising up, don’t get cut out. God can use any body, none of us is actually worthy. it’s only his grace that qualifies us.

We are becoming Christians with double standards because we are quoting the word to condemn others and not even take time to self introspect.

    Who gave us the authority to judge and condemn? Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.This scripture says it all.
