Apostle Michael Orokpo has shared a striking distinction between faith and faithfulness, stressing that believers need both if they are to carry greater responsibility.
He said:
“There are things you do by trusting God, it’s called faith. But there are other things you do because God trusts you, it’s called faithfulness.”
According to Orokpo, faith is seen in a believer’s confidence in God, while faithfulness is demonstrated when a person becomes dependable enough to be entrusted with responsibility.
He added that taking territories requires both qualities:
“If we take territories, we need both faith and faithfulness.”
His message is a reminder that spiritual growth is not only about believing God for greater things, but also becoming trustworthy enough to steward what He places in our hands.
