Pastor Chris Oyakhilome has cautioned parents against assuming that every cartoon or animated program is automatically suitable for children.
“Parents, be careful,” he said.
Oyakhilome argued that some animated content can contain themes, language or ideas that parents may not consider appropriate for younger viewers.
According to him, many parents simply see animation and conclude that the program must have been made for children.
“It’s not children’s program,” he said, warning parents to pay closer attention to what their children are actually watching.
