Unknown gunmen numbering about 15 yesterday shot an Uyo-based lawyer, Barr. Ini Ekpo in his residence on Assemblies of God Drive.
They shot his two legs after scaling through the face of the house at about 2.30 am
Barr. Ini is the Counsel to Apostle Akan Weeks, the General Overseer of Reigners Bible Church, which collapsed on 10th December, last year, killing scores of worshippers.
