Gospel music icon CeCe Winans has released her new album, The Hymns, a worship project that brings timeless Christian hymns to a new generation of believers.
Now available on all major streaming platforms, the 16-track album revisits some of the Church’s most beloved songs, including the classic Amazing Grace.
Speaking about the project at the K-Love Awards, CeCe shared her passion for preserving the spiritual legacy of hymns.
She said:
“The foundation to me of the church and it’s so important that we continue to connect the younger generation. I love contemporary music, but there’s nothing more powerful than the hymns.”
Produced by Thomas Hardin Jr. and Tyrone Jackson, the album features simple piano arrangements and heartfelt vocals, allowing the timeless messages of faith, hope, grace, and salvation to take center stage.
With The Hymns, CeCe Winans invites listeners into a deeper worship experience while reconnecting them with the songs that have strengthened believers for generations.
