Nathaniel Bassey has encouraged Christians to make prayer part of even the smallest details of everyday life.
“Pray about everything,” he said, urging believers not to assume certain matters are too insignificant to bring before God.
Using a humorous personal example, Bassey recalled praying when his stomach began troubling him while he was on the road.
According to him, he felt impressed to “wear something that won’t distract people” and to keep the attention on God rather than himself.
He also shared how he prayed about what to wear for a ministry engagement, explaining that he did not want his appearance to distract people from the message.
His central message was that believers should cultivate dependence on God in both major and seemingly ordinary decisions, while ministers should avoid allowing personal presentation to overshadow their message.
